(“Ramada Plaza izmit”); we attach great importance to the privacy and security of your personal data.  In this context, all personal data belonging to all persons associated with Ramada Plaza izmit, including our guests who benefit from our services and products and our contacts with whom we are in business relations, is protected from personal data no. 6698. Processing and storing in accordance with the Law (“KVKK”) is one of our priorities.

5. Do we transfer your Personal Data to third parties and/or abroad?

• I. Your Rights to Your Personal Data

We would like to point out that you have the following rights regarding your data being processed within the company:

2. If your personal data is being processed, you should be informed about it,
3. Find out what the purpose of processing your personal data is and whether your personal data is being used for the purpose,
4. Find out who are the third parties to whom the data is transferred at home or abroad, and what data is being transferred,
5. request that the personal data processed be corrected if it is incomplete or incorrect,
6. Request that these transactions be reported to third parties where your personal data is transferred if your personal data is corrected, deleted or destroyed,
7. Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons for processing your personal data disappear or your personal data loses time,
8. To object to an outcome against you by analyzing your processed personal data exclusively through automated systems,
9. You have the right to claim damages if you suffer damages due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

You may submit your requests regarding your rights above to our Company in writing or through a registered electronic mail address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or electronic mail address previously notified to us and registered in our system. Ramada Plaza izmit will finalize the requests directed at it as soon as possible and free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. In the event of a cost due to the fulfillment of your requests, we may only charge you for the tariff stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board.

We may accept requests to Ramada Plaza izmit or reject it by explaining its justification and communicate this answer in writing or electronically to the requester. If the request is accepted, Ramada Plaza is obliged to comply with the request immediately as izmit.

• III. Complaint

If your requests to Ramada Plaza izmit are rejected by the Company, if you are not satisfied with the response given by the Company or are not responded to, 30 days from the date of notification and if no response is given to you You can file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of the end of the 30-day period.
